Hi,
I have had this game for some time.  I used to use an hp22xx (something like that) and am now on an hx2495b.  This ppc seems to have extraordinary issues with memory drain/use of sd card etc.  So I would like to know if anyone else has experienced hesitation during the brick game or the board game (not sure about water). 

What I mean is that an explosion will pause for an instant and then resume.  Or when the ball hits  the paddle thing it pauses and then resumes (not like when it is attached as a bonus feature - the pause is really for an instant only).

In the old days, programming on say a texas instruments, you could really 'see' the speed of the processing sometimes where you knew A was paused because B was happening.

So, if no one else has seen this, then it is probaby part of the memory drain problem - whatever is draining my memory anyway is pausing the game.

I used to have this badly playing the original version of Arkaball on my old Compaq. Not so noticeable with my 2490. 

This may be because I am now careful to close down any other applications before I start the game.

Go to Settings, Memory, Running Programs and Stop All.

Also, You can play the games outside of Air Islands. If you already have an island started, your scores will be added to your running total of bricks etc.

thanks,
due to the persistent memory drain, i usually watch what is running and usually soft reset a number of times throughout the day.
i think i will just write to hp.
